Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was overall enjoyable. The rooms were pretty comfortable and spacious, providing a clean environment. The service received was friendly and helpful, although I didn't find the price a great value. The location was convenient, but it felt a bit cramped and in need of upgrades. The dining experience was excellent despite some street noise, and the facilities were up to standard.
The hotel is in an alright location, off of 635 in the northeast of the Dallas-Fort Worth area, and adjacent to a Cheddars restaurant. The rooms were pretty comfortable with an extra flat-screen TV and ample pillows. The service was generous and helpful but slightly nosey. The dining experience offered a standard hotel continental breakfast. The hotel needs upgrades as there was mold in the fridge. Price-wise, it was up to Holiday Inn standards.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room looked a bit dated and had a slight 'old' smell at first, but once the AC kicked in, it was fine. The location was decent, near some good restaurants, but not very central. The service was top-notch, with very polite and helpful staff. The dining experience was fairly typical for a hotel, offering a continental breakfast with a decent selection. Overall, the experience was pleasant with some room for improvement.
